Frequently Asked Questions

 

-What can you serve?

A common misconception based on our name is that we only work with alcohol. We can serve just about anything! We have tools for nonalcoholic mocktails, cocktails, slushie's and more. We can do a coffee/hot drinks bar but are limited to the kinds we can make because of our limited equipment. 

 

-Can I hire a bartender without a bar?

Absolutely! All of our services are A La Carte, meaning you can rent a bar and use your own bartenders or use the bar for a photo backdrop. You can use our bars for ticket stations or hire a group of girls and serve a crowd from your venues bar. Mix -N- Match however you need to. We also have small rentals available to add onto any quote. 

 

-Do you buy the alcohol or can we?

Two options here! You can use the lists we send to do your own shopping and bargain hunt if you'd like. We do ask that you look closely at the liquid amounts because 3, 15 oz bottles of lime juice are very different than 3, 30 oz bottles of lime juice and can affect your drink count significantly. One of the items you can add onto your service quote is "Alcohol and grocery pick up". With this service we will pick up the groceries confirmed by you from the store and transport them to your event, as well as the alcohol. All you'll have to do is order the alcohol to our local Specs and pay for it. Then we will pick it up for you prior to your event and transport it, leaving less work for you to do. Price tbd on event. 

-How far do you travel?

As a mobile service we're able to travel anywhere! Unless it is a previously talked about situation which applies for discounts, we do have a travel fee per mile so keep that in mind. 

 

-How do I know how much to purchase to stock the bar?

Included with your quote will be alcohol/grocery calculations once you decide on a menu. We will send you two lists that go over in detail the size of bottles and how many you will need of each item for the proposed event. Our hope is that you can easily use the list on your shopping trip or even hand it to the liquor store worker and they should be able to help you. The grocery list will include items like mixers, nonalcoholic drinks for underage guests, rims, cups, napkins, straws, stirs, ice and garnish down the each and every lime wedge you should be getting for your event. The alcohol list will include mixers you typically won't find at a grocery store, alcohol quantities to each and every beer, divided out so you can see how many drinks per guests is estimated. Allowing you to decide if you need to add or subtract from the list to meet the needs of your event.  Both of these lists will be sent to you to confirm the quantity and style.

*Disclaimer: these are estimations based on routine events. You know your guests best and the list is made to be altered to fit your event! Some guests will order items off of the menu which can change the calculations we planned on and alter the number or proposed drinks we discussed, if you're afraid of running out we can always add onto the lists. If you have a limited budget and do run out it just means your guests loved our drinks!
